Design & Development
Our experience in design and development includes work in multiple interfaces from USB and Ethernet to membrane panels. Our expertise in creating controls – motor controls, signal processing and video interfaces, to name a few – helps us create sophisticated products that include
surgical tools, peristaltic pumps and light sources.
Our process involves a comprehensive review of requirements, from safety review and documentation to verification and validation. We plan extensively before beginning a project to make sure we can execute to your specifications.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing expertise is built from our design work. We design products that can be made efficiently, and we manufacture and deliver on time and on budget. While we are not the only company that designs and builds, we are one of the
few able to design, build and service a product throughout its lifecycle.
We handle medium to high complexity production, and we work with a strong group of strategic partners with specialized experience. Whether our customers are in need of custom circuit boards or customizable and autoclavable tools, we can provide them.
Quality & Certifications
Quality begins with the right design tools, and we are experienced CAD designers using the latest software. We are committed to continuous improvement in all areas: design, production and service. Therefore we identify and implement product improvements quickly, without putting products on hold or disrupting the cycle.
We are ISO 9001:2000 certified, FDA registered, and we have extensive experience with medical safety regulations, particularly in the challenging BF isolation area (which focuses on patient-contact type electro-mechanical devices).
